"Dr. Andrews, is everything you want in a Chiropractor and nothing you don't. Becoming a new patient at Andrews Connected Care was easy, filled most of the patient information online, and when I went in for my appointment, there is a digital portal in the waiting area, where I entered my access code, and answer some simple questions (where does it hurt, how much pain are you experiencing). The receptionist was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Then to an exam room with a short wait for Dr. Andrews. Doc came in we discussed he diagnosed, on to the Adjustment room, The Adjustment went smooth (I'm not going to lie it hurt while he was adjusting} it's been 12 hours since, and I've regained 70% function in my shoulder up from 40% when I made the appointment. I would recommend Dr.Andrews 10/10"

"Terrible customer service. I purchased a package on Groupon. On Groupon They have stated very clearly that if we were found ineligible, that they would issue a refund. But when I spoke with the manager, she just told me they have nothing to do with what their advertisement on Groupon and that they could neither honor the deal or give a refund. Also we have been there a couple of times and the treatment they offer is terrible compared to other places. The therapist seemed like he was just going through the motions and wanted us gone so he could move on to the next one. So please . Do yourself a favor and stay away from this awful place"
