"I found Specific Chiropractor through a social media ad. I got a call back immediately and scheduled a visit for that weekend. I explained that I was in so much pain from recent and past events that standing , sitting and laying down were uncomfortable, so much I was considering surgery. Dr Autumn took X-rays, did a muscle and nerve test then Dr. Kyle explained the treatment needed and length of time I would need to start feeling like myself again. I've played high contact sports and exercising I'm a heavy lifter 4 days a week. The way I was feeling, I hadn't exercised in 3 months hoping the pain would go away. 1 month and I noticed a significant difference, 2 months I began exercising once a week and now I'm back to my self coaching football and running with the team in practice.
