"Dr. Xu is the BEST! I came to acupuncture due to significant sudden hearing loss. After I requested appointment, Dr. Xu called over weekend to check in on my condition. During my first visit, Dr. Xu explained how inner ear functions in great details and patience. The condition posted huge mental challenges for me. After receiving passive opinions from multiple ENT docs, Dr. Xu showed great confidence and emotional support, reinforcing that I will recover, which really encouraged and comforted me. Dr. Xu's attitude and mindset meant a LOT to me, because having a positive mindset is an important healing process. And as a matter of fact, I did improve, a lot. After a few treatments and improvements, Dr. Xu offered to discharge me, but I insisted on having more treatments. He doesn't practice for money, he practices primarily for patients wellbeing. It is very rare in big cities like NYC. I highly recommend Dr. Xu! You simply cannot expect more from a doctor."

"Edited to respond to the owner's reply and share more detail: My name for appointment is Na Li. The doctor charged me $60 deposit on April 29, 2024. On Thursday, Nov 17th 6pm, 2024, they refused to return my deposit, claiming that "insurance companies are slow to reimburse at the end of the year." However, this should not be an excuse for me to bear the loss of my deposit. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy clinic, I suggest you think twice before choosing them. ========= Had disappointing experience here. The practitioner was not transparent or honest, which made me question their integrity and professionalism. It felt like a waste of both time and money."
