"Dr. BenKittridge, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the great service and wonderful follow-up care I am receiving. Your expertise, compassion, and dedication to your patients truly stand out. Thank you for helping me with my orthopedic concerns and making the experience so positive. You're so professional and you've given me hope on my R knee injury that keeps me going. Your office managers are exceptional, the front desk is awesome. In all I will recommend OrthoVirginia Alexandria Virginia anytime."

"This is my 3rd visit and 3rd location for what reason they can't get it together i have carpel tunnel syndrome & initial consult was for surgery because i was scheduled back in NY but had to move. This place so far has me going back and forth. Today perfectly example i have a 10:15am appt was on time and yet its 11am and im still sitting in a closed exam room. Very unprofessional. Seems like peoples time is not valued. Not sure I'm going to continue with car with this large franchise it's a woke. Maybe for your senior patience but not for everyday moms who have work and kids to tend to."

"I've been waiting to share this review--like many other patients, I agree that this facility does not have it together. Dr. Kittredge and his staff are downright RUDE and could care less about valuing your time during the appointment or making sure they have what they need ahead of time to make an assessment. I moved heaven and earth to get them my X-rays in time for the appointment and they acted as if the doctor didn't have time to review it before seeing me that day and tried to get me to reschedule after I waited a whole hour past my appointment time to be seen. When I demanded to keep my appointment, the doctor gave me a rough assessment where he squeezed my knee unnecessarily hard with a torn meniscus to see "if it hurt", almost like a punishment for not leaving the office like they hoped I would. Arthritis & sports is a much better option if you can find one close to you. Shame on you all for not being more helpful to your patients."

"Busy office. Got back for my appointment about 15 minutes behind schedule, but a good doctor is a busy doctor. Period. It's gonna take a lot more than an appointment delay to leave a bad review. I cannot recommend this office enough. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Martinelli and Dr. Adam are absolutely wonderful. I appreciate Martinelli's brutal honesty, and his character as a provider. He found things that the radiologist didn't mention/didn't see, and discussed them with me, and is staying on top of my care. I have been a paramedic / firefighter for 17 years, and my body is falling apart. Martinelli IMMEDATELY ordered imaging of my hip that still hurts all these years later, found a frayed labrum, a chunk of bone that's overproducing red blood cells, and a sack of joint fluid OUTSIDE of my joint. I had an accident job related 12 years ago where I fell through a double staircase and got that crappy workman's comp workup with minimal imaging. ONE xray, and ONE MRI of my spine. I was out of work for 6 months. I had 3 rounds of cortisone injections into my vertebral spaces that were herniated, so physical therapy wasn't *as* painful....that I wasn't numbed or sedated for. I was back to work 6 months later. When I explained this to Dr. Adam, she was MORTIFIED. I expressed my justified fears around injections of those types, and she assured me that I would NEVER experience that barbaric practice. I was due up for an ultrasound of my hip, and an injection. She numbed me to the point I didn't even realize she had already injected the cortisone. Thank you, Dr. Adam for removing the fear I had centered around an experience that should have never happened. She scheduled another image, an MRI of my spine. I've had only ONE since the initial accident that WC performed, and none since. It's amazing what gets accomplished when your doctors actually give a damn! Thanks again!"

"They are the most rude doctors I've ever met . At first they are nice . Then they get paid and just want to get rid of you. I am making sure my timeline is in tack. Denying i have bone fragment and something growing larger by the week on the right knee. I was the man of the house that took care of my family. Now they are forced to take care of me. This is not what I was sold. One thing I know is I won't give up on having my family compensated. They will say come in to see the doctor and charge you for there mistake. Plus I owe 299. That they are really aggressive on getting. We'll I'll be aggressive on seeking legal advice. Its not hard to see what the problem is . I don't trust them anymore."

"First rate facilities and top notch staff. They get you in/out in a jiffy. Went to see Dr. Ben Kittredge is awesome! Got me diagnosed and back on the road to recovery. The entire staff is great, and willing to go above and beyond for a patient."

"Great experience. I arrived at 8am as a walk-in with a messed up ankle. I was immediately greeted and my intake started. I waited about 10 minutes after that and then I was brought in to a room. Honestly, I did not wait long for anything. I had multiple x-rays done and met with the PA in a reasonable amount of time. All said and done, I was out the door by 9:30 with a boot on my foot, a plan for fixing my ankle, and a follow-up booked. I felt everyone was thorough and never rushed through anything. I'd highly recommend going here!"

"Regarding Dr. Ben Kittredge, I wouldn't recommend. Not a good listener, he did not make me feel like he cared. I have to wonder if he was a better listener would he have prescribed Corticosteroids after I had already had to take a course of Ciprofloxacin, and if the combination of both is what caused my bicep to rupture in the first place. He was so worried about what he was, or more so in this case, wasn't prescribing me that really makes me wonder if my arm would still be fully functional. For the record, I had requested non-opioid medication, and I'm medically unable to take NSAIDs, (which he prescribed post op anyway) after I mentioned this to him several times. I do not wish to be contacted, I don't believe there's a way to fix what has already been broken I will say, I do believe his surgical skills and team seem to be talented in my opinion"
