"Rewriting my review from well over a year ago because I noticed all the reviews are gone! Was able to hear my medical information being talked about in a non professional manner through the exam room. Also only had male staff which I was fine with because I have a male gyno and I had an issue related downstairs. The doctor made me uncomfy bc he kept saying he was uncomfy that there wasn't a female to examine me... Also you'd think someone at medical school would know the female anatomy but I had to do a reach around and guide him... so uncomfortable"
"I thought the service at Duly was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Devyn and Doug helped with physical therapy after my full knee replacement. They went beyond my expectations! They addressed all of my concerns about my pain, showed me exercises to do, and they Always asked if I had any questions. I would recommend them to anyone. I also want to thank Sarah and Amy at the receptionist's desks for finding appointments that would fit into my schedule. They greeted me and said goodbye every time. Lastly I can't overlook the assistant, Jonathon, Brandon, Gabrielle, Katherine, and Emily who also took time to work with me! I would give this location higher than a 5rating! Thanks to everyone there!"
"My daughter had an asthma attack after we dropped her computer off for repair. It was her first one and she had forgotten her Arbuteral inhaler at home. In between trying to catch her breath she was throwing up and coughing. I was trying to think of the nearest hospital. I thought about Duly which was about a mile away. I rushed in and told the two receptionist what was happening ,and if the doctor could help her right away. They wanted her info first so I gave it to them as quickly as I could so they could help her. She was in the system. With still no urgency on their part they informed me that they couldn't help her she'd have to see the doctor first. I said okay lets do that. They informed me that it would be an hour wait since there were other patients waiting. They talked casually without any urgency as my daughter struggled. I told them all we needed was help so my daughter could breath. The nurse finally came out and said she could only check my daughters vitals but could not give her anything . It would be an hour wait....I grabbed my daughter and left to seek help elsewhere . I located a CVS . The pharmacist rushed her an Arbuteral prescription. We are traumatized , angry disgusted that this place Duly at 4003 S. Route 59 is allowed to be there posing as a clinic. We have never been in a situation like this before, and they failed us. They were ill-equipped, unprofessional and lacked basic compassion or care. Find a real medical facility if you are ill. This is not one."
"Be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment. It means nothing. Also, the 'clean' gown they gave my daughter to use had a dirty bandaid stuck to it. The nurses and support staff are very grumpy and unwelcoming. Luckily the dr seem to have a more positive outlook. I will not be back."
"Since Duly bought DMG they outsource their billing. The place is obviously overseas, which I really wouldn't care if it was a good experience, but it was anything but, I couldn't hear anything they were saying because of the noise in the call center. I called back 2 more times until I found someone who figured out how to get rid of all the noise. Then they ran my card for the payment and it didn't work, they tried it again and it didn't work. This NEVER happened when it was Dupage Medical. I don't know what Duly is doing, but I am going to start looking for a new doctor. The big question, what are they doing on the medical side of things, going cheap there too? I have to imagine they are."
"Very modern and clean facility with friendly and fun staff."
"Thank you Doug for excellent job!"
"Wouldn't stop calling me after urgent care because they didn't have my records (not my medical team), kept forgetting to take my number off the list. Phlebotomist jabbed me 4 times and couldn't find blood."
