Active Physical Therapy

"I have a spinal injury. Unable to be healed by physical therapy. The only option is surgery. The physical therapist did not watch and notate the extent of my injuries. The physical therapist not attentive as they should have been. They write in files that you have recovered. In actuality, I need surgery and physical therapy afterwards. My back has given out and I cannot work. As a result my disability process is going to take longer because they didn't notate truthfully. Now they want payment. Lol You will have to wait until the process is completed. Collections can't collect for you what I don't have. When I get paid, you will be paid."

"I have been going to this place three time a week for almost three weeks now. I personally commend the staff at the front desk (Allison) and specially my therapist, Ms. Carlene Donaldson. I found her to be a true professional and knows what she is doing, the reason why I made all my appointments with her. She is very caring and shows concern for my needs. She even take an extra mile to assure that my condition is improving. She even gave me sheets of paper containing exercises I have to do at home. I feel I am making incredible progress. Therefore, I am recommending this location to anyone in need of theraphy."

"The work is hard but the results are great. I have been to other facilities but I have to say my physical improvement with Active PT has been worth the exercises they put in place for me after my initial consultation. I would definitely return every time. I highly recommend their service the entire staff are the best. I was there for 22 visits and could feel a huge improvement even my family told me they were seeing a big improvement. I became more active and had more strength and were able to do things that I had not been able to do in a while. I went there for lower back pain and nerve damage after a previous back surgery. "I had 8 weeks of physical therapy here and they were awesome! The staff was friendly and helpful. There was this one lady that would always make sure I was doing my exercises right and if I wasn't she would make me start over lol. It was a team effort to get me back to full strength after my accident and I am very appreciative for all of their efforts. Hopefully I have no need for them again but if something should happen they will be the first office I call."

"I had a fall which resulted in 3 fractured ribs a swollen knee and pain from my fingers shoulders and back. I was in so much pain that I waited a month before going in for physical therapy. They did an excellent job making sure I was setup with the correct exercises and the staff was so pleasant and caring I knew I was in the right place and at the end of therapy I was amazed by the results I felt so much better. I'm going to continued working out at home doing the exercises they taught me. I highly recommend them."
