"The two young ladies at the front was very professional at all times. Made me feel comfortable the whole time. We even joked and laughed about customer service as if we already knew each other lol The doctor im sorry I forgot his name but him down to the staff amazing. I was seen on time I mean on time if you know what I mean when it comes to going to the doctor. The best part despite Im in Hella pain the doctor down to the ladies at the front desk reassured me if the could squeeze me in next day before Thanksgiving for my procedure they would and this is only my first time at this specialist. And guess what they got my authorization approved within 30mins of me leaving the office. I got that phone call from my insurance and than the doctor office telling me my authorization has been approved, and I'll be able to have my procedure done next day. Extra happy moment!!! If you need to see a spine specialist this is the one most definitely. Oh yeah let me not forget about Corey. He came in clutch as well. Even helping me out getting a copy of my mri beings tho I couldn't walk at the moment. Life saver.... you man Corey lol and THANKS AGAIN DOC APPRECIATE YOU!!!! Happy Turkey day!!!"
