"Did not have a good experience at the Columbia location. Went to have my son get a water proof cast. Connie based on her name badge was the lead technician. She did my sons cast absolutely wrong & his arm was placed in such an awkward position. Before leaving she said to me if he's uncomfortable or anything goes wrong I can come back & have it redone at no cost. (Who says that. Unless you know if youve made an error). I could not sleep knowing how uncomfortable he was. I called the next day & they were not available to redo his cast. NO ONE at all was available. The phone rep wanted me to drive to an unfamiliar place in their Baltimore office. Until I asked if their Laurel office was available. Went there & Wanica was very helpful. She fixed my sons cast & even apologized for something that wasn't her fault. I didn't even get a phone call from the Columbia office. Did not hear from them. Avoid the Columbia office if you can. They don't know what they're doing there. Pics are showing the placement of his arm. 1st is the error 2nd is fixed."
"Dr. Hassan and his team were patient, thorough in their explanations and caring about my physical & emotional comfort during my appointment. I appreciated taking photos of my x-rays, too."
"An incredible experience. My 2 yr old had a hard cast to be removed from her arm. Matt was an absolute rockstar. He worked for 35 minutes to slowly peel and cut the cast away so we didn't have to use the saw. He was so patient and kind to her and even gave himself blisters and tore up his knuckles to make the experience easier for my daughter. An absolutely awesome experience. It means so much that they cared for her so well."
"My son went in with a almost healed mild fracture, when we were seen by this white woman doctor, she called my son a "hooligan" in a "playful" condescending way when his ADHD was unmasked in the room. She shouldn't have felt that comfortable to call a 9 year old biracial child a hooligan; thug, gang member , violent . Look up the definition of a word before you call a child that. Or you could've used PROFESSIONAL language. I told my child not everyone has manners, obviously she didn't . And that people everywhere will try to define you but only you can define yourself. I reassured him that he's not a hooligan and that the doctor used the wrong and unprofessional terminology to describe you. She really shouldn't have said that. Very uncomfortable experience. THIS HAPPENED LITERALLY YESTERDAY 11/4/2025"
"Second visit and again an excellent experience. Fast in/out, and Dr. Berger is clear, thorough, and very friendly."
"This location overbooks, no one should have to wait a hour to be seen that's ridiculous, other then that the staff was nice."
"Had an appointment this morning. One of my worst experiences in a medical setting. First of all you had a family of 7 tagging along with the one person waiting to be seen. As a result there was a lack of seating. Second thing is 30 min after signing in I noticed people being called back who came in after me. When brought it to some of the staff's attention they had no idea what happened. One of the staff members got upset with me because I was mad. My appointment was at 945....they wanted me to be there by 9:30. Long story short is I did not see the Dr until 11:20. Unbelievable!! The staff up front must do better!"
"We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were hoping to find a same day appointment for my husband who was in a lot of pain. The receptionist (Amber) was super patient over the phone and helpful through the entire process of adding my husband as a new patient and getting him in quickly. We managed to get a same day appointment as well as an appointment that was within 15 minutes of when I called (definitely got lucky there). We had the same pleasant experience getting my husband checked in and getting all of the paperwork completed. All of the staff that cared for my husband from arrival until we left were very nice and helpful. The doctor took the time to evaluate my husband, listen to questions, and provide the next steps based on his injury. Thank you Maryland Orthopaedics for making an unpleasant injury a positive experience. :)"
