"Ivy (oswego) is by far the BEST ever. Ive had to come for 3 or 4 different reasons now. I feel like family and almost like i should get paid, lol. Im here twice a week and the attention they give each person is incredible. Everyone has shows great respect. Understands my terrible anxiety and works with me. I love the question of the week and polls and whatever is on the board. They push me to be my best while slowly killing me. But i mean that in a positive way. When i complete therapy I may find a reason to come back. And now my son will visiting for therapy now as well and immediately said he needs to come here. 10/10 recommend this business and location."

"Alex is AMAZING!!! Other PT places could not schedule me for an evaluation for 6 weeks, yet Alex got me in that evening. She stayed late on a frigid Friday night to conduct my Vertigo PT evaluation. "I was referred to Ivy Rehab by my physician and I am so thankful I was sent here!! Initially, I had some difficulty with their call center people but the team in Oswego were able to get everything figured out with my insurance and get me scheduled quickly to address my pain. From Alex PT calling me back to try and figure out why I cancelled my appointment, the office manager Leah connecting with me, working out the insurance, explaining things to me and getting me back into my original appointment and then my appointments with Justin my PT... absolutely amazing! Justin is so nice, he listened to my concerns, we discussed treatments I have done in the past and we came up with a game plan. Justin offered a variety of techniques from massage to stretches to dry needling, ice and e-stim to help relax my tight muscles. I am so glad I was referred to Ivy Rehab and highly recommend them!!"
