I had six one-hour sessions. These were totally dedicated to me. Some exercises with bands, then stretching exercises on my neck and shoulder, intense massage, and then heat treatment [yeah!]. I was sent home with a program to continue for the rest of my life. I was respected for being 92, but I was challenged as well. So I have a new bounce in my step as I continue my daily workouts at home."
