"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Black Bella. I purchased $300 worth of services. As a government/military service, I am often assigned TDYs without notice for extended periods. When I returned CONUS from an assignment, I was advised by the owner, that I only had 60 days to use the pre-paid services. My TDY was longer than 9 months. I asked ownership if I could at least get a credit. They refused. I was a returning client and could not understand why they wouldn't entertain even 50% of the 300.00 I'd paid. A business that would not take into consideration some sort of reprieve, is not one that I would recommend to anyone. If you are government or military and subject to serving without notice. You do not want to entertain supporting a business that does take that issue into consideration. I try to support but here again the customer service lacks."
