"Experience, professional, and kind staff Also : The treatment depends on your health condition and its diagnosis! It may take time, or it may be quick, depending on the number of patients and the difficulty of some of them. This is a surgeon, not a car mechanic, and this is how he works. This is not an offense to anyone, but so that we can be patient with each other. Enjoy your day!"
"Any respectable physician should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this clinic. The staff here is unbelievable. The clinic is being run by an office manager who caters solely to the community she has built within her staff. She refuses to address any patient concerns and considers herself unavailable while the office staff gossips in Spanish and runs amok! They violate patient rights and privacy without hesitation because they know there are no repercussions. The clinical team is just as bad; I ended an office visit with a physician assistant named Marisa due to her blatantly rolling her eyes multiple times throughout the visit. It is a shame that I was not able to see the physician I originally scheduled with and had to deal with rude, passive-aggressive staff, both administrative and clinical, who were completely inappropriate. If you are EVER told that you'll be seen by the Physician's Assistant, Marissa, you should save yourself the visit and respectfully decline."
"Absolutely demeaning, rude, and unprofessional treatment from most patient providers coupled with poor operational conditions and awful communication over a year of being a patient here; a few really good staff members who were helpful & friendly but were outliers in an atmosphere of chaos. Doctors schedules are extremely limited for the most part (one surgeon I saw was only available for half a day once a month), appointments would get canceled frequently last minute, rescheduling would generally be weeks or even months out due to limited availability. When I finally started raising issues, including immediately post-op, I was met with hostility and denial, aggressive communication and outright gaslighting. My suggestion to a friend asking about going here would be steer very clear unless it is your only option and if so, be aware of the above."
"Sadly I was seen in their office as a referral from my Attorney. I was injured at work and ended up with complex regional pain syndrome. They were very rude, unprofessional, and failed to pinpoint what was wrong, because the office staff was freaking out during the riots and their doctor at the southside office followed me out of the treatment room because I refused pain medication and blasted out into the patient waiting area that I probably had MS. It's taken me awhile to get the courage up to say something. Their lack of professionalism caused me more suffering than I deserved. And their bill was way over padded two visits to the office $17,000. This review is a warning that they're really pushing pain medication and don't care for people who don't take it. Because that's not profitable. Apparently I came there are needing help and I left there worse off. An early intervention might have been helpful, but the office was run so poorly my outcome was not as good as could have been expected."
"I've been trying to call them for 3 weeks to reschedule my appointment and they don't answer. I've called them at least 10 times just today as well."
"They made me feel happy and confident about my surgery!"
"Unprofessional staff, the wait is too long, never saw the Dr. Only the assistant."
"Unprofessional staff."
