"My 91 yr old Father had a serious head injury and needed some rehab before coming home. My best Friend, Joy Ward, who works in this industry recommend Thrive of Fox Valley, We toured the facility and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, openness and most of all the friendly, helpful staff. My Dad received PT, OT & medical assistance while staying at Thrive which helped him greatly! My questions & concerns were always answered in a timely fashion, Shonda Burns, the Administrator, runs a tight ship, I would not worry about your loved one in their care! Diane Oros"

"Thrive's staff is very accommodating. My aunt was at the facility for over 2 months and the physical therapists and occupational therapists were phenomenal. My aunt was unable to stand and support herself when she first got there, and she was able to walk laps in the physical therapy room. A special thank you to Steve, Josh, Alfred, Rey, Alex and Al. Thank you to all the nurses, CNA's and kitchen staff. Thank you to the activity team and all the support team. My aunt felt like she was leaving family not a rehab!"

"This is one of the most dedicated places to be in. This is written on behalf of my wife. The staff is great. The treatment is phenomenal. The nurses are dedicated to the patients. I really appreciate Rufina and Stephanie. They have an outstanding rehab center.I felt really comfortable with the therapy. All of the staff is genuine doing what they are called to do. Each staff went out of their way to help me and i'm very grateful for that. Nicole the wound care nurse was extremely great. Amy in management was very helpful. Tonnette in activities is very enjoyable and brought me hot tea. I felt at home here."

Sharon Witkowski

"Would not recommend this place. My mom developed bed sores. They didn't move her often. Food was always cold. Waited forever to get assistance with using the bathroom. Zero stars if possible. Now it's 3 weeks since discharge and dealing with bedsore issue. Do not use this place."

"Amy a social worker at thrive of fox valley really came through for my dad & made everything as simple as possible. It's nice to know that there are people in the community that will help you navigate tough medical issues. Being a single mom & now more needed with my parents has been complex. But now I know my dad will be set up at home for success with continuing care there. Thank you Amy & everyone at thrive for your hard work with our family. It's paying off. Thrive made the difference!"

"Everyone was great experince for my mother inlaw. From the time she was admitted to the time of discharged they answered all the questions we had. Helped us set up everything for after care for at home care. This place is highly recommened. Amy, Josh and Adrianna and the nurses adress all the questions and needs we asked about or for. Thank you for taking great care of my mother inlaw. You got her stronger and gave us things to keep up with the thearpy care after. Thank you so much again."

"Good communication and a great facility. My only complaint would be that for some reason I was never able to just call him when he was the room. I kept getting a message "voice mail disabled"and so the phone didn't ring in his room and so I had to get a nurse or aide to help with the call."
