"My last visit was wonderful and time was taken to explore and address my concerns; however, in this visit, while I specifically indicated that my back was a source of pain (pinched nerve), there was no time for this treatment. My clinician was --I believe required to follow an order of treatment, which didn't consider the patient point of view or concerns. In the future, it would be useful to have the clinical director support the patient concerned or coach the new clinician with language around why A must occur before B, if this is the case. Otherwise, as a patient, I left feeling unheard and devalued, through no fault of the clinician l."
