"Doctor Moon has been a lifesaver for me. I am 40, and suddenly last year, I had an intense pain in both my hamstrings and glutes, that make me feel weak to stand and walk, even taking showers. I got a chair so I can shower sitting. I was taking physical therapy for 3 months and taking pain killers that the ortopedist order, and I was getting worst. He helps me a lot improve. In a couple of sessions, the pain started to improve, and I no longer need to take more pills. I was able to do normal activities at home, and in a couple of months I can workout, and my energy levels and stamina will come back. I got an MRI, and I discovered I have facet syndrome arthropathy, and the cause is in the lower back facets who pinches my nerves, and it radiates to both legs armstrings and side knees (I never had pain in my lower back). I am so thankful to meet him. The front desk lady is so warm and attentive. They have an amazing team. Also, the X-ray he took of me, I took it to the orthopedist and physical therapist here in the states and in my country overseas, and the doctors were impressed, seeing the multiple X-rays showing the misalignment I had. Also I changed things such as, I got a standing desk for my remote work at home, I got an special chair for work which I sit with better posture and has a neck holder so I remember to have my head touching it and not lean on my hands over the desk, I have flat fee, so my shoes at home has an insole with the ark support, for my bed I got a tempurpedic top cushion (I was waking up with pain around my body). And I got a leg compression massage for circulation."
