"I had a DiamondGlow facial appointment at LifeMed this past Saturday, and let me just say, the entire LifeMed team is absolutely incredible! About 45 minutes into my 1.5-hour drive from Potomac (yes, I'm that willing to make the trip because LifeMed is just that fabulous), I got a flat tire. I tried to push through (stopping at two different gas stations to add air to my severely leaking tire) just so I wouldn't miss my appointment. When I realized I wasn't going to make it, I called, and the sweetest personnel answered. She was so kind and immediately tried to help me reschedule for later that day. Unfortunately, the leak was too bad, and I had to give up on making it. When I called back, the same wonderful personnel assisted me again with such patience and compassion. To top it off, the manager personally called me today to make sure everything was taken care of and even went above and beyond to coordinate with the LifeMed in Columbia, which is closer to me. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness from everyone I spoke with was unmatched. LifeMed truly has the absolute sweetest staff, and I can't recommend them enough for all your supreme face card needs. They've definitely earned a loyal client in me!"

"I love it here. As soon as you walk in it just feels like luxury, self care, and relaxation. I saw a new provider today, Sarah. She was amazing. I told her exactly what I wanted and what my goal was but also asked for her opinion (botox). She gave her honest opinion and answered all my questions as well as asking if I had a budget in mind. Even though I told her I didn't, she was upfront about the cost before starting which I appreciated. I got botox in some new areas of my face per her suggestions and I'm so excited to see the results.
