"I originally went to this chiropractor for neck pain only. Unfortunately, after treatment, I began experiencing significantly worse symptoms, including what feels like a pinched nerve in my shoulder, along with new back pain and hip pain -- areas that were not concerns when I first came in. Instead of improvement, my condition has escalated and is now affecting my daily functioning. Because of the discomfort, I have had to miss work. I contacted the office to discuss next steps and seek guidance on how to address these new issues, but my calls were not returned. During a time when I am clearly not feeling well and actively seeking help, I expected better communication and urgency. Patient care should include follow-up and accountability, especially when new symptoms develop after treatment. Unfortunately, I did not feel prioritized or supported. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this chiropractor."
