"I had a great experience at Athletico in Midway while recovering from an Achilles tendon repair. I first worked with Alyssa, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging during the early stages of my recovery. She explained everything clearly and helped me feel confident about the process. When Alissa went on maternity leave, I continued therapy with Jenna and the transition was seamless. Jenna was just as supportive and really kept me motivated as I progressed through rehab. Both of them pushed me the right amount while always being mindful of my recovery. Recovering from Achilles surgery can feel overwhelming, but they made the process manageable and positive. The whole team at the Midway Athletico location is friendly and welcoming, and the clinic is very well run. I'm really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy."

"I would like to thank the Athletico staff. Everyone inside of this establishment has the upmost respect and works diligently throughout the day. They are exorbitant with laughter and enthusiasm every single day. From the staff up front to the trainers. I never experienced and off day and they ALL NEED A RAISE......More importantly try to keep staff together. Work environments are big in successful organizations. They work so diligently with their cohesiveness its awesome. Again they all needed rasies.....Great Work and feel blessed to have met such wonderful individuals."

"A Huge shout out and thanks to the team here for being very warm and welcoming. A Great team who knows what they are doing and bring a sense of comfort and joy within the 4 walls. From the front desk Lily and the assistants , to my therapist Claudia who deserves a special mention for her performance and attitude. She is very welcoming accommodating. Her constant positive attitude and therapy plan she had for me really made this a great experience and helped my knee recovery process tremendously in only a few weeks. I jokingly say i hope my next recovery from an accident , is handled by this great team . Thank you Team and Thank you Claudia . -Ben"

"I would not recommend Athletico, especially if you are a CTA employee w/ a shoulder injury dealing with a Workers' Compensation case. I came in with a shoulder injury under an active Workers' Comp claim. I was assured they had experience handling both CTA employees and Workers' Comp cases. However, my experience felt very different from what was promised. there was intense focus on billing and corporate oversight. I was told by Jenna my account was being monitored by corporate and the higher Up's that there was real concern for payment. -- even though this was clearly a Workers' Comp case. At one point, the manager, Jenna, told me they were not equipped to help me complete my physical therapy. If that was the case, I don't understand why I was accepted as a patient in the first place. That conversation was disappointing and frustrating, especially while trying to recover from a shoulder injury. Recovering from an injury is stressful enough. Patients deserve transparency, clear communication, and confidence that a facility can actually provide the care they claim to offer. I regret that any insurance or Workers' Comp funds were spent here. I would be happy to discuss this with corporate and the higher ups. I have everything journaled of my experience there."

"Let me get this started by thanking all the staff at Athletico for being extremely friendly, supportive and patient. Shoutout front desk Coral for going above and beyond in making sure I'm able to make my attendance as smooth as possible. Shoutout Annette, my OT therapist. She was absolutely amazing in her ability to understand my injury. It is not often someone with my circumstances walks through the door, this was no problem for her. She created a care plan that we would be best for my situation and we were able to get through it all. Though my symptoms would be all over the place, Annette never made it seem like a hastle, even on my worst days. It felt as if I was visiting family to take care of me, that's how personal they took my symptoms. I still have a long journey ahead of me, but athletico made it that much easier. If anyone is looking for help with an injury, I would highly recommend trying this location. Very friendly environment. Hopefully I won't need to be back, but if I do, I'll be here."

"As someone who went through a ACL injury Alyssa and Jenna have always looked out for me before and after my knee surgery. Even after slowly recovering Jenna has supported me + 100% makes my day better. Jenna also knows exactly what she's doing so whatever problem or issue I have she knows some sort of solution to help me. Thank you for always making my experience amazing every session. Wouldn't trade my PT for the world. "

"Super friendly staff and clean environment to recover. Claudia was amazing helping me recover from an ankle fracture, explained everything in a way I could understand. The PTAs are attentive as well and on the same page with the therapists. Overall you're in good hands if you choose to recover at Athletico - Midway."
