"Not Sure, what kind of business you are running. I showed up 15 minutes early Only to wait until 15 minutes after my appointment when your employee Emma finally showed up to work. I was sitting directly outside of your establishment and she just walks by doesn't even look at me and goes inside opening the business. My appointment was at 830 am, getting there at 815 am as the many emails and texts told me to arrive early, only for the business to be closed. I sat there for a few minutes, expecting her to gather herself as one does in the morning opening a business but yet I waited and then finally walked in only for her to not acknowledge me and stare at her computer which is confusing to me as I had an appointment. I then say that I have an appointment which she then continues to stare at her computer and then says that my appointment was at 830. I know when my appointment was since the texts and emails that I received tell me to get there 15 minutes early which I did. I then I said, do you have a manager here? I was a concerned that she wasn't even asking me who I am and I showed up one time but yet she's not ready to work. She tells me that she does not have a manager, which I find it difficult to believe that an establishment like this does not have a manager and then only to continue to stare at her computer. I then said you walked right by me showing up late and didn't say a word and she tells me that "I don't know who you are or why you are sitting there!" I stood there shocked at first thinking she may have been a receptionist but she was in fact the person that I had an appointment with, so seeing that she was 15 minutes late, I would have expected her to acknowledge that her appointment was with me and state something to the effect of I will be with you shortly" or apologize for running late, but she stated blankly at her screen. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone because I don't understand how a business can operate like this and an employee in a customer service based industry would treat someone like this. I then left as I really could not believe the treatment I was receiving. Not at once asking me if she could even help me. This employee was terrible and clearly had no care and acted like I was interrupting her morning. This was my first appointment with this business, and I will never come to this establishment again having wasted my time. I am shocked by the treatment I received. I would give 0 stars if I were able to. I hope that Ken Maynor, the Owner or Ryan Leighton, General Manager (turns out they do have a manager) see this."

He explains everything clearly and really tailors the stretch to your body and needs. I leave every session feeling looser, lighter, and genuinely better than when I came in. "I Was going to sign up. My brother was hyping this place up. Got me fired up to go. I waited to hear how his first appointment went. Then I find out that this place is some kind of clown show. He books the first appointment of the morning. He confirms he's coming. They recommend he get there 10-15 minutes early. He gets there early. Place hasn't opened yet?? The "stretcher" or whatever the employees are called arrives LATE. She opens the business. My brother waits a minute for her to turn on the lights, then when he walks in she has the audacity to tell him that HE is late??? What bizarro universe do they live in? Then she sits there staring blankly at nothing instead of saying "okay let's get to stretching!" Or whatever. He's dumbfounded. So your employee Miss Emma lost one definite customer and one potential. Great job Stretch Zone."
"I cannot say enough good things about Emma. She is such a pleasant young lady--friendly, caring, and truly attentive to the needs of her clients. I live with chronic lupus, which often leaves my joints stiff and painful. Honestly, I was thinking about canceling my membership altogether, until a family member encouraged me to give Emma a try. I am so glad I did! Each session with Emma leaves me feeling better, lighter, and more hopeful. She has a gentle yet effective way of working that makes a real difference. If you suffer from arthritis, lupus, or any kind of chronic pain, I highly recommend giving Emma a chance. She will have you feeling great!"
"Decided to give stretch zone a try, so I booked an appointment online. I showed up 10 minutes early for my initial appointment, and the one girl that was there was busy with a client. I waited a minute or two for her to acknowledge me, and then shetold me to have a seat and that she " Needed to check something". 10 minutes later she finishes her appointment and tells me that the manager Ryan is who my appointment was scheduled with and that he is not working today. Boggles my mind why an employee not working would show availability online, especially the manager. I drove all the way there for no reason since the girl there had clients all day and she was the only therapist. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and when I replied forget about it, she replied with "OK then". Basically wasted my time driving there as well as sitting there, did not receive a stretcd, and felt completely not cared for that I wasted my time for no reason. I'm not sure why it was too difficult for somebody to turn off their availability when not in the building, but it seems from other reviews that I am not the only one who has received this type of treatment from this location"
"I've stretched with Victoria twice now and feel like I'm getting good benefits. Aside from seeming like she knows what she's doing, she's very friendly and easy to talk to which makes relaxing and stretching much more manageable."
