"My father has been going to Dr. Cherala for quite some time. My mother called today and the voicemail was full. They got in their car and found out that the office had been cleared out with no notice. Not a very good doctor to not let your patients know the office is closing. If I could give a negative rating, I would."

"I have nothing against Dr. Cherala. He is an excellent doctor. The problem is with his staff. I have left multiple messages asking for a return call and nothing. I called today, spoke with his staff, and they hung up on me two times. They should be fired."

"Worst office staff I have ever seen. I have never written a review in my life but my experiences are so bad I had to warn anyone. I have gone to a lot of Dr's and this office staff is so rude. Honestly, they could careless about helping a patient. They run office very poorly, do not respond to phone calls or work with insurance companies. Sorry to share this as I like Dr Cherala but find a different Dr's office."
