"I love my doctor. The office staff is excellent. When it comes to Clearway as a company, they have a complete lack of accountability; they are an absolute and abject failure for their patients. They are disorganized, they fail to properly communicate routinely, and they do whatever it takes to make patients feel unimportant. I've tried reaching out to multiple leaders, multiple times... everytime to no avail. These so-called leaders are present on LinkedIn but unresponsive to inquiries. They should be embarrassed. They should be apologetic. They won't be. It's business as usual; you are a source of revenue. Again, I love my doctor, I plan to keep coming to Clearway, but I wish they would make changes to improve patient care - like allowing for more than 7 minutes on average per patient/doctor visit, or having a call center that can speak English, or return calls and provide updates. Today, I showed up for my procedure hungry & thirsty at 1:10pm along with my driver - only to find out that it had been cancelled from under me, without any communication.
