"Doctor Khandaker M Rahman had an appointment here today but when I went there, the doctor did not come. It is very sad. I traveled from Brooklyn to Jamaica by train for two hours and saw that the doctor was not there. They called me or Or if you could have sent me an SMS, I wouldn't have had to go so far. It's very sad."
"Pain Care . Jamaica NYC. Suffering from back pain for the L4, L5 issue. No one can give the clear solution until I went to this place. Now I am pain free. Thank you so much for the support of my good friend Tinku. Dr Masud and his associates Dr Hillul and Dr Parvez all are very professional and very carefully taken care of me. Thank you all."
"BE AWARE!!! I want to share our experience with this doctor to help others make an informed decision. My father went to him because of severe back pain. The doctor said it was a nerve infection and gave him an injection to treat it. But when the pain didn't go away, we went back for more help. Instead of offering new advice, he just repeated what he had already told us about the nerve infection. When we asked why the treatment didn't work, he seemed annoyed and said, "I've explained this twice already," and then repeated the same explanation. He told us there was nothing more we could do except hope the injection would eventually work, and if it didn't, my father would just have to live with the pain. We found out my father actually had lung cancer that had spread to his adrenal gland, which was causing the back pain. This doctor completely missed the real problem, insisting it was just a nerve infection. It's really frustrating and upsetting because many people from immigrant communities, who might not speak English well, rely on doctors like this who speak their language. But when the care is this poor, it's no wonder people start losing trust. I would describe this doctor as a "one-trick pony." He seems to give the same treatment to everyone and, if it doesn't work, he doesn't offer any other options. If you're thinking of seeing him for pain, just be aware that his approach is very limited, and he might not give you the care you really need."
