"Outstanding Care from Start to Finish - Maryland Spine Specialists Ten years ago, I was struggling with severe pain in both arms--I couldn't even lift a coffee cup. I saw two doctors who diagnosed me with tendinitis, and I began treatment with no real improvement. Thankfully, a third doctor referred me to Dr. Haroun at Maryland Spine Specialists, and that changed everything. Dr. Haroun took the time to run the right tests--X-rays, CT scans, and more--and correctly diagnosed me with a collapsed disc in my neck. I underwent neck fusion surgery, and after that, I had no more problems for years. Fast forward to 2025, I was in an accident and unfortunately needed another surgery to relieve pressure in my neck and shoulder. Being a high-risk patient with high blood pressure and diabetes, I knew the risks--but I also knew I was in the right hands. My hospital stay extended through the weekend, and to my surprise, Dr. Haroun personally came in every morning--even on days he wasn't scheduled --just to check on me.
