Testimonials
"My wife has been receiving physical therapy here consistently, and we are incredibly pleased with her progress. She has shown significant improvement, and the entire team clearly cares about their patients' well-being. I have to give a special shout-out to Hasi, who is truly outstanding. She is incredibly smart and doesn't just stick to a generic routine. Instead, she intelligently tailored the PT sessions to prepare my wife for the specific challenges she is facing. You can really tell Hasti puts a lot of thought into her treatment plans. Also, the front office representatives at the Sunset Park location are fantastic. They are super nice and always helpful when we come in. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality care!"
"I've had such a wonderful experience at this Physical Therapy office! Everyone here is so professional, kind, and caring. My physical therapist, Hasti, is absolutely amazing -- she's knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens to her patients. She always makes me feel comfortable and supported during every session. The receptionist, Stephanie, is also so polite and welcoming. She always greets me with a smile and makes scheduling so easy. I really appreciate the great service and positive atmosphere every time I visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent care and professionalism!"
"I'd like to preface I have never been to PT prior, nor I have ever had a major life changing injury before. I attended this clinic for post op 2-8 week survey recovery on an inner radial meniscus tear. pros: front desk is helpful, office is accessible, exercises are helpful and mostly everyone here is relatively nice. Ruchit was very helpful I have never seen him again unfortunately. cons: It all started with asking for modalities (Ice and EMS) from the lead PT(my referral said use it when needed). So I inquired thinking it makes sense to ask about the usage, there was a small stink when I brought up the desire for before and after modalities when exercising. I thought it was odd that it was a back and forth but ok no problem, I can live with not doing it, specifically after as well. especially if there's a protocol to only use 1 round either before or after. Then that next week I wasn't given ice prior to the workout and instead given after only. Which on paper seems fine but I was confused so I asked for clarification because I only received ICE and not the machine. unclear explanation. Next time, I was told to just start working out, mid work out I swell, the male PT Ayush notices and brings ice, as he comes back this dude coughs in my face, says nothing and I'm stunned. it wasn't on purpose but it was gross... which makes me upset. then with all this lack of communication I inquire why I wasn't given this prior to my workout if I was posed to swell. then both PTS come to the booth and proceed to try to explain and Ayush explains so unclear that I just wanted to go on my way. next week, they give me 3 exercises and I leave.. what is this PT plan? not to mention when they give me exercises they ask if I'm done in like 30 seconds... and tell me I don't have to call their attention or wait for them to move on to the next exercise when they haven't even told me what exercises to do?? My last appointment there, had not the usual folks... I ended up doing 8 exercises and modalities plus a knee massage. So the folks who filled in treated me better... anyways, I had enough of the inconsistency and lack of communication so I left. For the record, I wasn't going to write a review until I went to a new PT. Lo and behold I have two significant pressing issues I need to address. but most pressing is my leg isn't fully straight still. Apparently this was needed to be addressed weeks earlier under their guidance. For anyone who doesn't know, usually by week 6-8 people are starting to walk and they need a straight leg to make sure they're using their quads to load bear otherwise you swell. I was not shown a proper walk gait, only a proper crutch gait (I inquired). Clearly PT is part recovery on your own and part recovery with guidance from the clinic but it didn't feel like that. Overall, I can say for me, the initial guidance was good but quickly became in my opinion unhelpful and personally, neglectful to a critical part in recovery. I hope I truly am a one-off because people deserve quality care."
