"The nurse I saw for my first appt, (Ms Shaw), was grossly disengaged and invalidating. As a self pay client that paid $425 for my first appt, I definitely expected a little more than a doc's order for MRI and PT. I could have gotten both those referrals from my primary, gyno or chiro. They said they would have my previous records from my last two treatment providers, which they did not. Evidently, you need images of the problem area within the last year when you walk into first appt. Had someone asked me to obtain and provide those, perhaps I could have been more prepared. And as far as treatment options go, Ms Shaw told me that all the treatments listed on their website are "all injections" oh - and they "don't treat headaches", surely that could have been clarified during phone intake?! Extremely disappointing."
