"I cannot overstate how exceptional an experience this was for me. Everyone from the schedulers -thank you, Gabrielle-to Dr. Kendall, Danielle, and Josh were just outstanding and so patient-focused and compassionate. I was a new patient in so much pain and when I explained what I was dealing with they amazingly got me in the very next day. Danielle took so much time reviewing my MRIs and explaining everything to me. Dr. Kendall met with me before the procedure and was wonderful. I am pain free for the first time in so long!"

"Dr. Kendall and his staff are knowledgeable and efficient. Very good at managing my lower back pain. His procedures are quick and he is doing his best for the procedures to be as painless as possible. His front desk staff and nurses are always helpful, professional and kind. Highly recommend."

"Dr. Kendall is absolutely the BEST, he takes his time setting you at ease right before the procedure. I've been his patient since May 2019 with really bad lower back issues and it is steadily getting better. His staff works like a team, from the front desk to the nurses and the check out associates they are all on the ball and very helpful. The office is spotless and very welcoming. I am very happy with the care this practice delivers. They go out of their way to help their patients in every way. Don't go anywhere else!"

"Without Dr Kendall, I know I would be using a walker by now. Between my SI joint, a couple of lumbar disc herniations and a 10/10 painful sciatica, I will never be able to express enough gratitude for the help of Dr Kendall and staff. I do not need surgery as long as pain is managed. My ortho surgeon, Dr Childs, even said that I was in great hands with Dr Kendall and to continue to follow his recommendations. I literally go from not being able to walk up stairs to surfing and hiking. I am so happy with my treatment from this office. I have to be diligent to do MY part with stretching, exercising, and staying ahead of the pain, but I guarantee that if you do your part he will do his."

"Back pain has definitely been a game changer but Dr. Kendall has kept me in the game! I've tried other pain management specialists and there is no comparison. He actually listens and suggests the procedure to best address the issue. His kind bedside manner and gentle administration of the treatments are so appreciated and his assistants are the best! They make you feel that they care and I always feel I am in good hands."

"I'm not pleased at all with this office! I originally booked an appointment with Dr. Kendall and arrived to the office at my scheduled time but he didn't even come see me. He left me to the nurse practitioner (who was wonderful by the way but that doesn't change the fact that my original appointment was with Dr. Kendall and he didn't even make an appearance. Moreover the front desk woman took 5 min to even acknowledge that I'm standing there waiting to be checked in (even though I observed that with the next 5 patients she immediately attended to them). It's possible that she might have been trying to finish something up when I was waiting but she still could have said something simple like "I'll be with you shortly" instead of completely ignoring me for a good 5-10 min. Finally, as I was checking out I asked why I wasn't seen by Dr. Kendall despite my appointment being with him and the receptionist told me this is normal for first visits since that's when they ask for tests or Xrays only but in future visits, I should see him. However, when I called to move my follow up appointment (which is supposed to be with Dr. Kendall as per my original app. and as per the receptionist) I was told that my app. is with the Nurse and not with Dr. Kendall at all. So it seems like they just switched me to being a patient of the nurse practitioner and not the doctor at all without telling me even though I specifically requested to be seen by the doctor and moreover gave me wrong info on my way out making it seem like I'm still his patient but that he will start seeing me once we go into the actual treatment. I want to reiterate that the Nurse practitioner who saw me was fabulous (Dr. Charles, Lowe) but it's really unprofessional of the office to just switch my provider without my consent when I originally came in for Dr. Kendall who I obviously chose for a reason. Even using their app isn't convenient as you cannot make edits to your appointment or changes to the time and all in all nothing about my visit was satisfactory except Nurse Lowe herself."

"Dr. Kendall has been my pain management doctor for a few years now and he is great! He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives me options for treatment. I have been getting injections for about 4 years after back surgery and his injections always target the correct area. I've seen other pain management doctors in the past with mediocre relief but that's not the case with Dr. Kendall. I highly recommend him!"
