"Dr.Dale is literally the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He's so chill & doesn't pressure you into anything you're not comfortable doing. He also will never force any joints to crack that are not meant to crack. His technique is very specific to what he needs to manipulate and adjust. He is the exact opposite of reckless-- Dr.Dale is very precise & knows his practice. My last Dr had me on an intensive strict workout schedule but Dr.Dale is so professional and calm. He gives you treatment plan options for consistency/scheduling etc- but gives you autonomy to set your own schedule and do things at your own pace. He also has this super calm vibe about him so you never feel uncomfortable or out of place in his office atmosphere. The best bonus is that he always has the best & most interesting stories about his life to share! He's so worldly & his stories literally make every new appointment the coolest experience. "Dale SAVED me. Story: I was in Chicago for a wedding. Saturday morning I go for a workout, am mid-lift and hear a crack in my upper back. I knew immediately it was going to be BAD. It started tightening immediately, and within 5 min I could barely swivel my head. I had to find help, quickly. But on a Saturday, that was tricky. I called a bunch of places, none were open. Then Dale picked up. He said "How fast can you come in?" I was over there in 10 minutes and approximately 37 minutes after throwing out my back, he had me on the table and was fixing me up. I was thankful for any chiropractor at the moment, but over the next ~45 minutes I realized just how lucky I was - Dale is kind, thoughtful, caring...and extremely well-versed in elite chiropractic methods. He saved my weekend, legitimately. And after all that, he texted me personally Sunday morning letting me know he'd open up the office JUST FOR ME if I needed it before getting on my plane. "Dale is a miracle worker. The first time I visited him, I was in tears I was in so much pain from injuring my lower back. After going to Dale a few days in a row, and a few follow up visits a few days a part, I was better than before! He's so great at adjustments, especially the neck adjustments. By the end of a visit everything is back where it should be. I don't live close to Dale's offices, but I go out of my way to visit him for general adjustments now he's so great."
