" From the moment I walked into Elements Massage in Woodridge, the experience felt elevated and intentional. The establishment is clean, calming, and professionally run--you can tell they truly care about the environment and the client experience. My massage therapist took the time to ask detailed questions about areas of tension and what I was hoping to get out of the session. The pressure was exactly what I needed, and they adjusted seamlessly throughout. It wasn't just relaxing--it was therapeutic and effective. I left feeling noticeably looser, refreshed, and re-centered. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, and scheduling was simple. The entire visit felt organized and stress-free from start to finish. If you're looking for a place that combines professionalism, skill, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere, Elements Massage in Woodridge is an easy recommendation. I'll definitely be back!"

"I have a membership and wanted to book a massage for me and my daughter. The only way to do that is to add her as an associate member for six months or pay a $10 transfer fee. As an associate member for six months if I wanted my other kid to join me for a massage I would have to wait 6 months. Luckily another Elements Massage doesn't have such a restrictive policy. UPDATE- yes my membership is not with you. I can use my membership at any Elements. YOU would NOT let me use my membership to schedule 2 massages at the same time. Western Spring location does."

"I had a membership with Elements since 2015, used at multiple locations, moved to multiple states and continued it. Moving here to have this be my local option was a mess. From a front desk, to handsy masseuse, to a regional manager that is absolutely horrible. They over charged me, admitted it but acted like refunding would me was a favor (membership prices had increased) but I still had roll-over massages. Not roll-over generic credits, full massages. So they partially refunded me after providing such a courtesy. The company allows to use two membership massages for a 2 hr massage. It was documented in the note, nothing was said till check out that "their location does not." Excuse you?! It was a pain to get in for a massage because no one knows anything about the membership, their only goal is to upsell you. Most of the massusses were great cept for one. I let my membership lapse will a full year of massages available just because this location was a nightmare. Luckily, the membership was not originally through this location so they didn't get the money. If you are anywhere near this location, stop and try Western Springs instead, they have a different owner."

"The massage service itself was good, however there was an additional $15 charge for the service being a couples massage that was not communicated when I asked about the price while booking over the phone (I was told a price $15 lower for each massage than what we were charged), when we entered the facility, nor was it listed anywhere on the website. The lack of price transparency was just a bit disappointing to me."

"I had my first experience at Elements Woodridge for a 90 minute massage that my wife had purchased for me for our anniversary. When I arrived at the studio, I gave the front desk my phone with the email showing my massage gift and then I shortly went back with the massage therapist. The massage itself was wonderful. I had Tracy who did a great job and delivered a high quality massage. When I was ready to leave the studio, I was prompted by the front desk that my massage gift was only redeemable at the Bloomingdale massage location. I had no idea and my wife did not realize that the massage was only for that studio when she purchased it. At that point, my options seemed limited to just pay the "intro" price for the massage. I was frustrated when it was $144 compared to the $121.54 that my wife paid. I was also more than frustrated that this was not brought to my attention earlier. There was ample time to notify me that right when I showed my phone and obivously when I went back to get ready for the massage but that did not happen. If I had the choice to continue with the massage knowing that I would have to spend an additional $144 on top of what we already spent, I would not have continued. My wife called the studio that day to explain the situation with the hope that we would have at least received the same cost for the same service. That did not happen and we were left without any other option. I have always heard good things about Elements studios in general and sadly this has left a bad taste. I also just hope this brings to light this situation so that it doesn't happen to other clients going forward."

"I had my masssge with Tracy today. She was so amazing. She is very good at her craft. She worked out my aches and pains, I'm so glad I started my massages again. I missed them so much. Thank you Tracy so much. I thoroughly enjoyed my session today."

"My massage with Tracy was AMAZINGG! Tracy is incredibly skillful and professional. She really helped relieve so much pain, and I felt so much better afterward. The front desk staff was also super nice and helpful, making the whole visit a pleasure. I highly recommend Tracy and this studio to anyone looking for a great massage!"

"To start, this is in no way a reflection of the massage therapists. They were great, but the receptionists/management staff were subpar today. The 2 stars are purely for the massage therapists. I'm super disappointed with Elements Massage. I've been there several times, referred friends, and taken out of town guests there for massages, but this last experience was a mess. We had booked a massage and facial for my mom and everything was set until about 2 hours before the appointment. Despite just receiving an email confirmation that everything was set this morning, we got a confusing call that the facial was overbooked since someone was out sick, and they'd reschedule for a day after my mom would already have left town. By the end of the call, the receptionist said it was actually all fine and she sees the service was corrected in their system (an employee filled the spot?). Needless to say we get there (and have planned the last few days of the trip around getting in for this appointment), and a new receptionist says she isn't going to get both services. Discounts for *future* booking for my mom were offered, but she is not local. We kept the massage appointment, and they said they'd speak to their manager to get some better discount options since they had to cancel her facial for their issue. Upon returning to pick up my mom, they told me they offered her an enhancement in the room, and I would just pay for the massage at $129. Needless to say, nothing was offered to her, and they told her on the way out that I declined any discounts on her behalf, or discounts for myself for the future (which were not offered, or if they were, the communication was terribly unclear). I'd rather them just say they wouldn't do any discounts or adjustments than the weird back and forth we just had. I'm sure this place is great if you're a member, but if you aren't, steer clear. The receptionist mentioned that we got bumped since a couples massage came in (more $$) that uses the same room as the facials, and I'll bet it was for a member too. Before they had said someone had called out sick to cause this issue. It was confusing to say the least."
