"Both Dr. Ward and Waltrous are excellent I started with Dr Ward and now I am being treated by Waltrous, he is young energetic and easy to talk to. When ever I have a question in his office or at home I can send and email and he responds in a timely manner. I highly recommend both of these Doctors!"

"This office and their billing department might be the worst I've ever dealt with. I had one initial visit in January, 2020 with Dr. Ward. I paid my co pay at the office before leaving. It has been non stop letters and calls since then requesting payment for a bill I've already paid. When you call the office staff they say to just "ignore" the bill as their billing system is messed up. I've provided receipts of payment, asked them to please fix whatever they need to on their end, and still 2 years later I'm still battling them. Avoid if possible."

"Both Dr. Ward and Dr. Dekker are terrific. I've been to many pain mgmt docs, and Ward is by far the best. Honest, diligent, communicates well. Ward has a sense of humor, which is rare for a doctor. Dekker is also great at what he does (manipulation for me). I wholly recommend both of them."

"I initially had an appointment with Dr Francisco Ward and needless to say it did not go well he talked about himself a lot and after I had surgery back in September of last year I made an appointment to him in November after I got home from having major back surgery I thought that I would be seeing him alone but it turns out there was a lady practitioner there I don't recall her name but in all she was a white lady with a nasty attitude and kept trying to push a new medication called nucynta on me that I have never tried but it also has nerve stimulator medication in it similar to Lyrica her attitude was so nasty because I usually take Dilaudid and she was adamant that she was not prescribing that but that's not who I came there to see so pretty much over all very unprofessional nasty attitudes and the doctor just does not seem to give a damn unless he is talking about himself such a narcissistic personality if you ask me I needed the doctor not a certified registered nurse practitioner"

"Update office staff said ok for my friend to pick up lab slip needed for court. Friend got there they said NO. They need a written release from ME.They dont even communicate with each other only 3 mean women and its close to closing time. I wrote note we will see if I get needed lab slip."

"Dr.ward was horrible towards me I felt his judgment the second I looked into his eyes then I was proven right when he went on to rant about his dislike of trump(I hate politics I refuse to choose sides I love everyone)what doctor pushes politics onto his patients my mind has been manipulated enough I don't take well to it and his choice of words we're direct triggers to my bipolar disorder I'm convinced he knew exactly what he was doing and I can admit I got out of character a little bit I was wrong but if I would have recorded this visit it wouldn't look good on his behalf I will be purchasing a body cam because of this"
