"I had a L hip replacement (HR) 5 yrs ago. Since then I've been limping and overcompensating causing pain in my R knee and L hip. It never occurred to me that as a result of the HR my R leg would be longer. I used to be a long distance runner until about 10 yrs ago. I noticed after HR I was wearing out my soles differently--that is; I had a neutral gait, but my L foot was pronating and wearing out the heel more than my R foot. When I saw Dr Fricka I showed him how I was wearing out my soles. I told him that my L hip is in pain, and I'm in need of an alignment. Dr. Fricka fitted my R shoe with a heel lift. It has made all the difference with my pain level!! I've been to two ortho specialists that didn't know to check for leg discrepancies. Dr. Fricka listened to me and he spent time with me. I didn't feel like he was in a rush. His team members are also so nice--all of them! I would strongly recommend him especially if you're an athlete!"

"Dr. Fricka and his nurse were great. Dr. Fricka did a great job explaining the pros and cons of knee replacement and made me feel comfortable in my decision to move forward with the surgery. Vera (I think that's her name), came in and scheduled my surgery and gave me all of the info I needed and let me know what to expect leading up to surgery. The only thing I wish was better is scheduling appointments. The scheduling staff was friendly and helpful but Dr. Fricka's schedule is so packed, I had to wait 2 months for my appointment. I guess that must mean Dr. Fricka is a great doctor to be so busy!"
