What impressed me most was when I received a reservation by phone. The staffs were friendly and professional on the phone. I could tell they know how to treat the new patient who doesn't know how to be ready to get the first treatment. When I first made my appointment, many patients were on standby which made me proud of my self to choose this place; the doctor should be famous, but the waiting time was within 10 minutes; it seemed very systemic and professional with several staffs. The most impressive thing was, of course, the doctor's treatment. Until I received doctor Kim's treatment, I had to take the massage therapist first to relieve my body's tension. After that, I received medical treatment through electrical therapy to ease the pain. I am grateful and joyful to go to Dr. Kim's office since I am delighted with this place.
