"Chris is the chiropractor that I have been looking for for 30 years. I would ask my prior chiropractors what could I be doing outside of appointments to help my condition. I received mostly shrugs in response. Chris's experience prior to becoming a chiropractor sets him apart (BS in Exercise Sciences, exercise physiologist, personal trainer). Chris understands how muscle imbalances can aggravate or cause a condition. I had been mostly bed bound from July thru December 2024. After having an x-Ray of my lower back that changed my perception of the condition in Nov, I was confident I knew how to fix the issue. (My prior chiro treated this issue for 9 years without one x-ray & claimed a competency to recommend stretching, strengthening exercises and orthotics.) In Jan 2025, I met & Chris agreed. We had a clear approach. It took time and dedication, but once I starting restoring my mobility, the benefits of Chris stretching me out became apparent. For example, in one appointment in July, Chris suggested I work on my hip flexors more. I thought I had recently made a lot of progress with my hip flexors recently. As I walked to my car after, I literally felt my hip flexors starting to release. I laughed. Chris knows his craft. I am two months into being able to weight train my legs, my balance has improved wildly, going to be able to play sports again. If only I had been fortunate to be under Chris's care 9 years ago......."
