Testimonials
"When I was first diagnosed with herniated discs, Dr. Clark was the doctor referred to me from MedStar in 2018. Well, her procedures only made my condition worse. The RFA that was supposed to alleviate my pain actually left me with numbness to my scalp for 3 years. I couldn't feel anything when I touched my head. I'd brush my hair and couldn't feel it at all. When I contacted Dr. Clark, all she did was try to prescribe more medicine and never truly tried to help me. It was the worst experience that I ever had with a doctor in my entire life. Stay away!!"
"The worse staff and medical team I have ever used. They lie, told me today I was always late so I couldn't be seen. I was late once, today. They wanted me to get injections in my back and when I declined the injections they no longer wanted to treat me. I would not recommend this office to anyone as patients are not respected and are not treated according to medical need. Rather they are encouraged to receive services that will bring monies to this office. If the patient refuse these service they will be made to leave one way or the other."
"This Dr.Clarke is rude a disrespectful. This office staff are unprofessional and don't do there jobs. My husband went to this office for a herniated disc. He was treated with a cortisone injection that did not work. When he called in to tell them it didnt work, they told him he did not check out at his last visit. It was his first time there, the doctor gave him no instructions AND the desk staff watched him walk or and didnt stop him. They don't allow visitors so I can't advocate for him. BUT something needs to be done about her"
"This doctor seems to love being rude to patients and not hearing them out. She accepted me but after a few visits she changed. I'm a chronic patient and now not able to get help that I need because of her. I explained I had a tooth infection and was given something to help it and when I came in for my appointment with her and tried to explain about the meds that were going to be found in me, she yelled at me as if I was a child. Wouldn't listen to what I had to say. Told me that was my last visit with her. Now because of what's on my discharge papers I'm having issues being treated elsewhere. That wasn't even the medication that was in my system when I last went to her but yet she put that as the reason why she discharged me. I'm not sure what her hatred towards me was but I would like something to be done about this."
"I rated Dr Clark a 5 star in the beginning. She fooled me. If I can give her a negative I would. My first appt she was pleasant and a wonderful bedside manner. She is very dismissive once you become a patient. Ive been to her 4 times. If I tell you I'm not comfortable with taking a certain medication it is your job as a medical provider to find something else or at least refill my medication until I get the next test done (even though this test shouldve been done with the others because i told u prior. U just wanted more money for the return visits). I shouldn't walk out of a Dr. office still in pain and no treatment for my pain. Also after 10min in my appt your hand shouldn't be on the door knob when I'm not done telling you the issues. The only thing she did right was give me a proper diagnosis, after me going to multiple Dr 's and they told me it's nothing they can do. So thanks for that but I will be taking this to a Dr. who actually listens and seems to care. Find another Dr. if you're thinking about coming."
"Dr. Clark's office was a pleasant and relieving place. The staff treated me with care and understanding for my back pain. I will recommend Dr. Clark to friends and family!"
