"If I could give them a million stars, I would. After two awful experiences with my OB/GYN and PCP following a miscarriage, I was certain I would never trust a medical professional again. Then I found Dr. Menges and, especially, Dr. Orlando--and they completely changed that for me. I've been a patient for a year now, primarily seeing Dr. Orlando, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She has truly changed my life. During a routine appointment, we got to talking, and for the first time in a long time, I felt comfortable enough to open up about my past medical experiences--specifically the rapid weight gain I had struggled with since my miscarriage. No matter what I did--calorie counting, adjusting macros, increasing my deficit, working out as much as my recovering ACL would allow--the scale wouldn't budge. I was exhausted, frustrated, and emotionally drained. Dr. Orlando listened with patience and compassion. She let me cry, hugged me, and told me she had a strong idea of what was going on. She immediately ordered a hormone test--the same test I had begged my PCP to run, only to be dismissed. Less than a week after sending my samples, Dr. Orlando called me while she was on vacation (her dedication is unmatched) with the results. My hormone levels were completely out of balance, and she had a solution ready. Within three months of treatment, I had shed the 30 pounds that had clung to me like a painful reminder of my loss. But more importantly, I felt like myself again. For the first time in years, I wasn't just a number on a scale, a BMI percentage, or a statistic--I was a person, and I was treated like one. Dr. Orlando gave me more than just medical care; she gave me my confidence and trust back. "After visiting this facility I appreciated the adjustment they did but we definitely did not do everything discussed we did one adjustment they sent me on the ems machine and that was it for 65$! We discussed fixing uneven legs and some other things that I wanted to do but they insisted that they checked out my knee when I told them I had physical therapy done in it. I came in because my sciatic nerve was bothering me and when I left I still had a pretty strong twitch due to the incomplete adjustment. The one plus side is that their initial appointment is cheaper then a lot of the other chiropractors in town but then they have a x Ray in which they would possibly charge you another 40$. The last chiropractor I went to we never even discussed an X-ray they would ask me what was wrong and when you told them they would do multiple adjustments and would even teach you a couple stretches to target the area that is being bothered. Would also love to add that they also don't check up on patients that miss appointments cause it's been approximately 1 hour after my appointment time and I have not received any phone call from the office. I don't mean to sound like that guys but some of the practices done at this office are a little sleazy and it seems like they are just out for money and not satisfaction. I also say this because they insisted in having me come back the following Monday (today) rather then try to everything possible is the appointment I hate to leave such a bad review so I will say the staff are nice and the office is clean but if you run a professional business this should just be par for the course. Hopefully you read this with objectivity and see what I'm talking about. Overall I'm sorry I am not satisfied...(edit) after my second visit I spoke to Dr.O about my sciatic nerve issues and neck pain and wow was this appointment exactly what I needed thanks so much ladies and gentlemen!"
