"I had a great experience at Kayal, especially working with Dwain. He is a huge asset to this facility both in his ability to push patients in their exercises as well as somehow managing to remember personal details about each and every person's life. I was a bit trepidatious coming in, as I've never done physical therapy before, but it ultimately was a warm and welcoming environment. My only recommendation for possible improvement would be perhaps more consistency in which doctor you get. I made pretty much all of my appointments in one go, so I was surprised that I ended up seeing three different doctors over the course of those sessions. It wasn't necessarily a huge detriment, but having the same doctor across appointments could have made my sessions feel a bit more cohesive. Overall, though, I had a great experience here and will be back in the future if I need more physical therapy. And thank you again to Dwain, especially for a very thoughtful and fun little "graduation" ceremony on my last day."
"I had an amazing experience at this physical therapy clinic! From the moment I walked in, Mel at the front desk made everything super easy, she was always friendly, organized, and helped schedule my appointments around my busy work hours. Dwayne, one of the PT assistants, was awesome to work with. He always made sure my workouts were done right and pushed me just enough to keep improving without overdoing it. The physical therapy team overall was incredible. They really took the time to work on my shoulder, making sure I was healing the right way. The massages and recovery exercises they provided made a huge difference, and I'm finally feeling back to normal thanks to their care. Highly recommend this place to anyone recovering from an injury or surgery, they genuinely care and know what they're doing!"
