Testimonials

Gillian Mark

"I'm so very happy that I was directed to your practice by my physician; Tracy goes above and beyond, and seems already to have resolved one of my very painful issues; other issues improving:she explains everything clearly and is a real pleasure to work with. I also see Esther for hand therapy in your South Slope office; she is equally committed and competent; both lovely people, and the front desk staff are very welcoming and Carmen is super helpful with billing and insurance questions. Couldn't ask for a better PT experience."

"I'm a 76 yr old male who recently had both hips replaced and am so happy to have H&D for my recovery. The staff is amazing- knowledgeable, patient and kind. Kudos to Victor who worked with me. And the front desk is welcoming as well. I'm feeling good enough to start cycling again; just waiting for my surgeon's clearance. I highly recommend H&D without any reservations!"

Brooke Sweet

"The skill, knowledge & care my physical therapist provided in her assessment was excellent. However, my insurance is out of network and I need to submit an out-of-network claim to get any of the $325 back for that assessment. They sent me a "Superbill" with no codes that I'd need to submit to insurance. 2 weeks later, they still cannot provide the basic information I need to submit to insurance. Not focusing on insurance is **awesome** but unless you're in-network or willing to 100% private pay, without OON reimbursement, this place is probably not for you."
