It was evident from the beginning Dr. Bernstein makes an effort to make sure he knows all his patients and makes them feel comfortable. Even though I was a new patient I was no different. In the appointment Dr. Bernstein was thorough in his examination, knowledgeable about treatments, and a great communicator. He clearly explained the issue he believed I had, applied multiple treatments in office, gave me practical ways to prevent pain in the future and a reasonable follow up plan for treatment. Overall this was one of the best doctor's appointments I've had in a really long time from start to finish. I highly recommend this office if quality patient care is important to you from all staff members in a doctor's office."
