HSS Spine Center - Paramus

"I made an appointment with Dr Joshi at HSS online and was contacted by the front desk right away, followed all the instructions on how quickly I need to fill the forms. On the day of the appointment , we couldn't find the exact entrance if this gigantic building and I was clearly moving slow so we were late to the appointment by 10 minutes and Dr Joshi asked to reschedule the appointment as he was very particular on timing . If this was the case , it could have been communicated earlier or clearly he could be more understanding. I don't plan to be back. I think as a doctor people need more EQ than just science knowledge."

"I go to HSS near where I live and have always had a great experience, which is why I encouraged my father to try HSS for his physical therapy needs. When he called the Paramus location to schedule an appointment, he was shocked by how rude the person on the phone was. He asked the women for clarification on whether she meant there were no openings until the end of January or if appointments were being scheduled through the end of January. She snapped at him so abruptly that it left him shaken -- an especially discouraging experience for a first-time potential patient. We are very disappointed by how poorly this interaction was handled."
