"Dr. Katherine Chu is an amazing physical therapist. I have been working with her for a little over four months for my knee, and the progress I have made in that time has been really impressive. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what we are working on and why it matters. I never feel rushed in my sessions, and she is very patient and encouraging. One of the things I appreciate most is how closely she pays attention and takes note of everything. She remembers the small details about how I felt in previous sessions and adjusts the plan based on that. It makes me feel like I am truly being cared for as an individual, not just another patient. "I can't say enough good things about getting my physical therapy here at MOR over the last 7 months. I had a knee replacement done at Rush in August but went to "pre-hab" there also to get my knee in shape for surgery. So I have received therapy for 3.5 months before surgery and 3.5 months after. The therapists and technicians are all top-notch both in their professional knowledge and practice and in their ability to relate and connect with their patients. Physical therapy and getting a new knee is no piece of cake but having a resource like this made me look forward to going! The therapy site is very clean, well-kept and sanitized. Everyone wears their masks consistently. They have the right equipment to do their jobs. The location of the practice is very convenient to uptown Park Ridge on Busse. There is plenty of parking and the parking lot is well-lit in the Village Green Shopping center. I have had experience with other physical therapy practices but this practice, the people and location is by far the absolute best - I give them my highest recommendation!"
