"Met Dr. Vincent Ruggiero for the very first time 6 weeks ago and again last week. I was shocked by a few things.1- ease of getting an emergency appointment especially because I procrastinated for 3 weeks. 2-office was busy but still I waited tops 5 mins. 3-Girls were very busy but very nice.4-Nurse was very friendly. 5-Dr Ruggiero clearly is a busy man yet he took his time w me explaining why we can't do surgery and starts drawing ways too fix my mangled finger w time,patience and following what he tells me. Went back last week had an xray on another floor & all 3 women were horrible w me & others. The 2 techs that performed X-rays & were EXCELLENT! Back to see Dr who came right in and we went over my X-rays. Outcome-starting to straighten tendon is starting to attach, 2 bones are getting stronger but very slow. Dr wraps me back up in-weird splint again draws another routine along w a calendar to follow and for how long. Nov 4-.i go back. So 2 visits so far where a busy surgeon takes his time w his patient & I leave feeling Calm and very hopefully. I now have a great surgeon & what a terrific feeling."

"Although is a walk in clinic, the staff at the second front desk is a little careless with helping patients, the front staff is getting the brunt of the situation, after you have been seen for the first time, things gets easier for the second appointment. But in cases of disability or WC they need to update their system and the doctors need to fill out paperwork on a more diligent way. It took me 15+ days to get my paperwork and almost didn't get it to the insurance on the time frame. Doctor Ruggiero is a great sport, I would def recommend him."

"I highly recommend Dr Ruggerio. He is very informative, he did my wrist surgery. He kept me up to date on all the befores and afters, very thorough. Most importantly my surgery was a success! He's a very respectful doctor and his staff is amazing as well."
