"Had a hand injury back on August 12 2025 back and forth between hand surgeons and my PT didn't help made it worse. Finally, Finally I found a wonderful caring staff and my , OT, Joe Rappa, has been tremendous! I'm slowly and gently feeling confident that I see light at the end of tunnel. His knowledge and techniques provide the comfort and direction to my healing journey. I can't stress enough how professional everyone is here. The Caring and attentiveness to my injuries needs is hands down the best. They have all the equipment for every injury. I happen to be a big fan of the hand warming machine."

"I guess if I was not receiving Workers compensation or My skin was NOT BROWN the staff would have cared more. If you Are African American and Have workers comp DO NOT GO HERE. I came to my appointments too times and that's when the check in staff decided it was time to tell Me. I did not have authorization. Not to mention their equipment needs to Be updated. Both Physical Therapist (Assistants ) Who serviced Me were AMAZING! Other them That per My experience it was not very welcoming, Wish Everyone great healing & the best Of Care."

Nico's added experience and previous work as a Massage Therapist only enhances his abilities as a PT. With Pauline I improved my balance immensely.
