"Nicole is an outstanding physiotherapist, genuinely caring and attentive! From the very first visit she took the time to understand my condition, explain the treatment plan clearly and answer every question with patience Her approach is thorough, encouraging and tailored to individual needs! What I appreciated most was her ability to motivate without pushing too hard making recovery feel achievable and safe ! I would recommend Nicole to anyone seeking expert, compassionate physiotherapy care!"
"I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, I've felt nothing but support from everyone here. The staff is amazing--friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Nicole, my physical therapist, is a total lifesaver. She's not only super knowledgeable but also takes the time to truly understand my pain and goals. Her treatments have made such a difference, and I've seen major improvements in both my mobility and comfort. I genuinely look forward to each session because I know I'm in great hands. The clinic itself is fantastic--clean, welcoming, and equipped with everything needed for a successful recovery. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients' well-being. If you're looking for expert care in a supportive, positive environment, this is the place to go. I'm so grateful for everything they've done for me!"
"My family has had a fair amount of experience with PT in the past, prior to Twin Boro, and none of it is worth mentioning. The therapists would only pay attention to their patients during the first session and then would pass them on to an aide from the 2nd day onward with minimal interaction themselves. When my chronic neck issues worsened over the past few years, I felt like I needed to get it looked at. My neurologist prescribed PT and, despite my skepticism, I found Twin Boro through careful internet research and booked my appt. First off, they have an ample parking lot. Then, my check-in process was quick and there was hardly even any wait time to be seen. My therapist was professional and friendly, as were all the therapists I have met since my first day, the facility was clean, and the patients looked so happy to be there. There is always good-humored banter and exchanges of stories of personal lives floating throughout the room. People like being there whether they are patients or employees. I've been coming here for almost 3 weeks now and always leave feeling a little stronger and a little less in pain...until last week when I had my first session with Nicole. At the end of my appt with her, she worked on my neck with gentle touches along my spine and manipulations of my head. It didn't feel like she did much, but when it was over and she asked how I felt, I moved my shoulders and head around and expected to feel the pain that had been there for nearly a decade. It was gone. I had to really contort myself to try to feel a hint of the pain, but basically, it was undetectable. All the years of trying different pillows, doing yoga, using a neck corrector, and getting nerve stimulation therapy did nothing. But one session with Nicole who said she just manipulated my joints and I can finally move my shoulders and head without wincing. I think a lot of people have PT experiences like I wrote about in the beginning of this review and they become discouraged and stop going because they think it's just another ineffective, money-grabbing scheme in the health industry. But with many things in life, it is so important to do your research. Find a place where the therapists are experienced, caring, people who enjoy their job. I hope I saved you some research time and you will make an appointment with Twin Boro."
