Testimonials
"After 10 years of pain, Dr. Paul Borsuk is the first to give me relief. I have issues from head to toe but have nothing but relief knowing I will be able to tackle it all. If pain is stopping you from recovering then Dr. Paul Borsuk could help you get there."
"ALGH is by far the worst place to go if you're looking for Chronic Pain Relief, because they don't believe in using the right medicine for the problem, opioids. They'll tell you to take a Tylenol and a Advil for 9/10 Chronic Spinal Damage........Theirs Advocates out there that will set you up with a humanitarian Dr. that believes in Opioid treatment for Chronic Pain Patients. Seek out a true Advocate that cares, don't waste your time with these fake Advocate Dr's........"
"Dr. Borsuk is wonderful! He is compassionate and very knowledgeable. He takes his time during the appointment and really listens. I'm so grateful for him and his approach to my medical care. I've been coming here for ten years and will continue to do so as long as Dr. Borsuk is here."
"The front desk staff is irresponsible and very rude. No notification regarding doctor being over an hr late and when asked if she could reach out to find out the ETA of when i would be taken in to see the pain management doctor, she seemed bothered and annoyed with attitude. I work in the same building and from someone who communicates with patients daily, this is not the way you treat them. I had taken time off work just to sit here while I could of saved my time and stayed at work. Hopefully the doctor is more sympathetic than his ignorant front desk/PSR staff."
"My girlfriend needed a shot in the back and had the order from the spine dr down the hall Rude lady in front said she would need a consultation first and that would be in jan 2 months away What consultation does she need? She already consulted with the spine dr Very poor customer service the front desk gal could have cared less Zero stars if you can do that"
"If i could give zero stars i would doctors here demanded i try multiple meds i have already been on that didn't work, then told me to go back to my primary for help after being sent there bu the doc my primary sent me to, worst appointment ever"
"Slow response times"
"Excellent care and professional service."
