"I found Dr. Kogan to be rude, insulting and demeaning. I consulted him because I was in extreme pain which he took dispute with. Five days later I was admitted to the hospital with gastrointestinal hemorrhage with a hemoglobin of 6 because I was forced to take took doses of ibuprofen to treat my pain. I was also going into renal failure because of bleeding with a creatinine of 2. I was in the hospital 1 week partially because he refused to prescribe pain meds."

He gave me oxycodone. After surgery was done, I was on oxycodone for 4 weeks. I called him to make an appoitment to get off the medication. On the day of the appoitment I was informed that he is refusing to see me?"
