"Dr. Stand is the first chiropractor I've seen and she did not disappoint. I walked out of her office feeling like I was given a completely new back, neck and pelvis! I was immediately able to walk up stairs without pain, among other noticeable improvements. I saw her the week before I gave birth for prenatal pain relief... my baby dropped the following day (I suspect because Dr. Strand was able to open everything up). I am convinced my labor went more smoothly, too, because of this chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Strand is patient and skilled. "Dr. Strand and her team are amazing! I started going to see them a few months before my wedding, because I wanted to get back in shape for the big day. I used to run a lot a few years, but got sidelined due to persistent foot pain. I saw a podiatrist, who gave me cortisone shots and custom insoles, but that was only a temporary fix, the pain came back, and I wasn't able to run for about a year and a half. After doing some of my own research, I thought that my pain was probably caused by my hips being out of alignment and having my feet strike differently on the pavement. In the first visit, without mentioning it, Dr. Strand identified this very issue and made an adjustment to my hips (among other adjustments to my back, neck, and shoulders to help correct my posture), used some of her other gadget on my feet and it worked wonders! I saw her twice a week for about a month and my issues dissipated and I was back to running 2-3 days/week (3-5 miles each time), in addition to walking about 5 miles per day with the dog. I couldn't be happier with the service and the results I have received and continue to see Dr. Strand for preventative maintenance."
