"I cannot say enough great things about Mosaic Spine and Knee, Dr. Andy, and his staff. I've been going here for about 2 and a half years after suffering a back injury that left me in severe pain--I couldn't stand or walk without extreme discomfort. Dr. Andy put me on a thoughtful, individualized program that quite literally gave me my life back. The constant, debilitating pain is gone.On top of that, I had a nagging knee issue that recently developed that caused persistent limping, and he's resolved that as well. I now only need to go in about once a month, which says everything about how effective his approach is. Dr. Andy truly takes the time to listen at every visit. He carefully evaluates your progress, your body mechanics, and how you're moving, instead of rushing you in and out. I genuinely hate doctor appointments, but I actually look forward to going here--because I feel incredible afterward every single time. "When I first came to Dr. Andy I could barely walk. The arthritis in my knee had become so bad that I could only walk stiff-legged. Stairs were almost impossible. The pain was so intense that I would just move slightly and I'd scream in pain. Rolling over in bed was agony. I went to my doctor. The options were cortisone shots or surgery. I thought I would never walk normally again. It didn't just affect walking. It affected everything I did. Trying to get my leg over the tub edge to get a shower was a comedy of errors. I had to stretch my body over the sink counter and slide in backwards. Bending over was horrific. I started using a long-handled dust pan to put down cat food and used a grabber to do laundry. If I had to walk up a slight slope, I had to turn and side-step to avoid intense pain. Then we found Dr. Andy. I didn't hold out much hope that he could help, but he felt he could, so I gave it a shot. He approached the problem very carefully and did not push me past my limits. Very gradually the knee got a little less painful until one day I walked in stiff-legged as usual. Upon leaving I felt my knee bend and suddenly I could walk normally. I yelled, "Dr. Andy, Dr. Andy, I can walk!" People probably thought I was crazy, but I was so excited. After a while I realized that I also had more stamina. I could do many more things without becoming exhausted. I told Dr. Andy, "You gave me my life back!" Dr. Andy is truly amazing! He and his staff are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Mosaic Spine and Knee highly enough. Give Dr. Andy a try. You'll be glad you did."
