"I went there for an hour massage. The masseuse I got was cheating on the time. Even though I got there on time, she spent time chatting with another staff. She called me into the room 9 minutes later. Then I had to change and wait for her to come back. By the time she started the massage, it was almost 20 minutes after the time of my appointment. She stopped massaging right on the hour. That was only about 40 minutes of massage. When I asked her about the time she spent massaging me. She said that she already added extra time for me.
