"I've been here in the past, and the experience was great. Today's experience was horrible. The massage was not relaxing at all. It was more like WWE wrestling. The masseuse was rough, the linens were rough, and there were no oils used until midway. I couldn't decide if I should just get up and leave or not. I was told one price on the phone and another when I got there. It was $10 more, plus a minimum of $10 tip is required. That's $20 more than quoted. I will not be returning to Relax Center. They have stressed me out on this Mother's Day."

"I made a quick decision to pop in and they took me back right away. Cici was amazing and the price was great. If you're unsure about coming here I would say definitely do it. Best massage I have ever had."

"I had never been here before so I called to see if I needed an appointment or could walk in. I was told that appointments were preferred to avoid waiting and to have a guaranteed spot. I made the appointment and got in my car since I live 30 minutes away. I arrived 6 minutes late and was told that they didn't think I was coming because I was late, and that they had given my spot to a couple who had walked in. I said I would wait but was told that there were no spots available for the remainder of the evening. I told them that I had just driven 30 minutes for the appointment they had recommended I make, and was simply told that I should come back another time. Fairly frustrating as I don't see the point of making an appointment if it can be cancelled for walk ins. At minimum, I feel they should have called to see if I was still coming or not. Highly disappointing."

"They get the obligatory one star for obvious reasons, but this place is not worth the time or money. I walk in here for the first time with my gift certificate for a full body massage. The lady at the front keeps trying to get me to pay more for this service since their prices have since gone up. Understanding this, I settle for a 30 min foot massage, even though my gift card is worth more than that. I decide to ignore the fact that both ladies I encounter here keep talking in their native language (which I didn't quite mind since their English-speaking wasn't great) and looking/laughing in my direction. When one of them finally comes in to start my session, she first taps (playfully) both my "big thighs" and laughs. I let that slide. About 5 mins after my session starts, she walks out and walks back in wearing a mask. She makes sure to let me know before she sits back down to continue, that my feet were stinky hence the mask. At this point I ask her to stop and I leave. Not once have I ever had stinky feet in my life, so of course I'm livid at her audaciousness. I'm not sure how this business manages to have 4.4 stars on Google as at 7/17/23, but that is a gross misrepresentation of how it actually operates. Save yourself the trouble, take your business somewhere else."

"I had a hip replacement and have lumbar issues. I've seen 3 different lady's and each one did a amazing job. Mei is the lady that really gets the knots out for me.. I always feel great each time I leave. Prices are reasonable. And everyone is always polite."

"My bf is a regular customer and brought me here for a much needed foot massage tonight. We were greeted by Patrick who was very welcoming. I didn't have an appointment because it was an on-the-spot decision to pop in but they still accommodated me. Hylan was my massage therapist and she was AMAZING. Not only did she relax my calves and shins but she went to town on my feet with some good pressure! I do a lot of distance rucking, hiking, and are on my feet most of the day so my legs and feet always need some TLC afterwards. This spot is asian owned and I've found that they are so much better than other "upscale overpriced" spas that barely even massage you. I'll definitely be coming back soon!"
