"1st appointment was fine. Dr was great. All the other reviews here of his speedy diagnosis etc are accurate. Took and xray right there in the office...He then ordered an MRI. On the day of the 2nd appointment to review said MRI (2 weeks later-today).. there was a bad accident on 95..all traffic was a mess. I Called 50 min early to let them know I would be late..(its only 15 minutes away)...and was told there is a $25 fee and they would not see me if i was late. The girl at the front desk was very short and kinda rude with me. Even said..."its the billing company...not us"...and "we cant control the traffic".....humph. ok Could the Dr. Maybe use my appointment time to speak with me over the phone about my MRI given the situation? I don't know...sure wasn't a pleasant feeling. Don't really want to go back now. Ill take my MRI somewhere else! Very disappointing Dr. Lumsden."

"Great doctor, very knowledgeable and helpful! His appointments are short, sweet and to the point! It's also incredibly convenient he has X-ray equipment and a technician on site. Dr. Lumsden is spot on when administering cortisone shots as well. I've always had very little pain during or after. His staff is always friendly and everyone seems to be in a cheerful mood which says to me he's pleasant to work for! I would highly recommend and have recommended him, as my mother is now a patient too!"

X ray were taken And shot given Am so Grateful .All staff and Dr Lumsden was pleasant and made me feel at ease . Staff Even put my brace on for me. Best Doc and staff i have ever seen. He is awesome giving cortisone injections which I've had many prior to finally having my knee replaced. The decision was mine. Dr. Lumsden gives his opinion, but the patient makes the final decision. The Staff Angela, and the others are very personable, and caring. I would recommend Dr. Lumsden to Family, and Friends, which I have done."

"Visit too fast , didn't feel like he took enough time to look over the medical records I brought . The whole visit was about 10 minutes, I felt rushed . Won't be back ! Seems like a knowledgeable doctor . Friendly staff / clean office ."

"Kathy said it succulenty, the BEST. I have worked/taught at 5 major Medical/Surgical University Affiliated Hospitals -so I have been exposed to many Surgeons and regular MDs. Over the last 30 years I have had the good fortune to of been a patient of Dr. Zia Zakai and now Dr Lumsden. Dr Zakai SAVED my leg after a triple fx and having to crawl 2 blocks at night to my home. Dr Lumsden has kept me walking and standing after being hit (out of the blue) by a rare and dangerous (highest mortality of all Arthrities) form of Arthritis.
