"This is a great facility with very good equipment plus the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. They always have positive reinforcement to encourage me. Rutu is always in charge and makes sure everyone gets taken care of. Mohamed is An expert occupational therapist, Carlos makes sure I do exercises as instructed for PT and OT and Ernest is an expert in physical therapy. I enjoy my therapy sessions and feel like I'm making progress and getting better strength and mobility. Having a nice place to come to with staff that is a pleasure to work with makes a big difference to me."

"Theradynamic physical & occupational, Inwood location it's a very advanced therapy place. All staff members are very professional, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. I gave this place a 3 STARS ONLY, for the simple fact of the inhuman way the management are treating the staff and patients attending this location. There is not working heating system during the winter. We are attending the place for max 2 hours, but the staff members are spending at least 8 hours freezing and getting sick under this weather conditions. There is no insulation on the glass walls whatsoever. We are already dealing with our pre-existing health issues. It's not right to have a great team, but a careless management. Please pay attention to this serious issue. We can afford to get sick or getting a great team sick, all togetherdue to having a neglectful upper management. If you don't care, we do care for them. They are humans."

"Excellent facility! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I arrived after rotator cuff surgery with pain and extremely limited range of motion. I'm so happy with the steady progress and positive results. I am so much better and continue to gain back strength. Can't say enough good things about my experience here!"
